We’re looking for an administrative assistant who can keep daily operations running smoothly. This person will handle scheduling, phone calls, data entry, and general office support. The right candidate is organized, dependable, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously without sacrificing accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist patients and partners with basic questions.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate mobile phlebotomy routes.
- Enter patient and billing information into the system.
- Prepare and organize documents, forms, and reports.
- Track supplies and place orders as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
- Support the phlebotomy team with daily logistics and communication.
- Handle other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid computer skills, including experience with email, spreadsheets, and scheduling software.
- Good attention to detail and reliable follow-through.
- Ability to handle confidential information with care.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional and friendly customer service approach.
Preferred Experience
- Prior administrative or medical office experience.
- Familiarity with EMR systems or scheduling tools.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, service-focused environment.
